The Most Nail Polish: Olive and June Polish Review

Are you searching for the best non-toxic nail Polish? Name the name of a non-toxic nail polish, and I've tested it! Many have failed in terms of durability and performance until today! I've found the best Toxic-Free Nail Polish and I'm so thrilled to share it in my Olive and June Nail Polish Review blog post!

I'm Hayley and I'm obsessed with nail polish as well as making my nails myself. If you think I'm being serious then ask my husband about it and you'll be able to see just how awful my obsession is. I'm also a nail snob who demands only the best results with no excuses for chipped or badly manicured nails.

What's unique about this blog as opposed to other blogs is the fact that I'm not trying to provide an exhaustive list of brands that you can add to the non-toxic list, but instead I'm sharing my personal experience and hoping to save you the thousands of dollars that I've squandered in the past trying to find an alternative nail lacquer that is non-toxic that is not only secure but ALSO offers outstanding performance.

A few days ago, my husband was asking me why I painted my nails so often, and I was thrown by surprise. It's true that I was annoyed that he'd could not have any opinions or comments on my most loved activity and hobby. The way I paint my nails is how I get my mind off, it's an act of self-care that is meditative.

The funniest thing is that in the last year, I've had to polish my nails less often than I have in the past, since I discovered the ultimate in nail polishes that are not toxic. A brand that provides the perfect blend of simple application, durability and harmful ingredients!

What is it that makes Conventional Nail Polish Toxic?

Let's get this best non toxic nail polish celebration off to a good start by saying that which is obvious.. It's not convinced there's a ideal, non-toxic and safe method to apply nail polish. What we can do is a healthier way of life with the least toxic products that contain much safer ingredients!

A good thing is because the nail polish can be (ideally) applied directly to your nail, polish does not come into contact directly with the skin.. But we have to be aware of the toxins we're inflicting on our bodies.

In general, there are three chemical compounds -- dibutyl-phthalate, toluene and formaldehyde, commonly known as"toxic trio" "toxic trio." which are cited as being of concern due to the health hazards they pose not just for those who wear the polish, but also to nail salon employees (causing headaches, dizziness and even dizziness).

  • Toluene is a chemical that has many adverse effects ranging from eye irritation to nervous system and kidney damage.

The full list of ingredients in Nail Polish that you might be avoiding:

My Experience with non-toxic nail Polish

The first nail polish that is non-toxic brand I regularly used I used was Sophi (circa the year 2012). The polish they use is part of a 3- step process, which requires heated to set their polish. Initially, I was thrilled to have a non-toxic polish which was free of odor, however it was a difficult application and removal. Sophi polish lasted for longer than conventional polish, but it began to lose its shine. Its color changed when you put on the polish in a negative way while the coverage was thin.

After becoming increasingly annoyed I tried several other brands like Zoya, Butter London, Mineral Fusion, Pacifica and so on... however, applying and removing was identical to conventional nail polishes (only cleaner and safer formulations) they didn't provide lasting effects. Within 24 hours, I noticed peeling and chipping.

Another non-toxic product I tested and continued to use included Dazzle Dry. I used it for many years, achieving decent results, and manicures that last an average of five days. Though I only experienced minor chipping, even when I caps on the free edge and putting a cap on the cuticle edge, I saw a lot of shrinkage around the cuticle edge and the nail's tip edge. However, like the Sophi the polish lost its shine very quickly, leaving my polish looking dull and dull.

How did I locate the best non-toxic nail Polish?

In the beginning of 2021, a brand popular nail polish company began appearing across my Facebook feed. I ignored the advertisements and reviews, losing faith that I could ever get traditional nail polish that's safe for an extended-lasting, durable nail... Then I tried to break off the dip-powder roller coaster and tried Dazzle Dry once more, dealing with all the issues of brittle, soft nails as well as expensive purchases that go with.

It was a Friday the 24th of June, 2021. We were planning to go camping later in the afternoon. I was doing tasks. I stopped at Target to grab my daily Starbucks coffee and Sous Vide eggs while looking around for items that I didn't really need however I was likely to buy in the future. Target has this effect on many of us, don't you think? !

What is the most non-toxic Nail Polish?

Olive as well as Juni Nail Polish Review

I soaked myself in their masterclasses and video. I understood why my first Olive and June manicure was not as successful probably due to the fact that I had been swimming all day long as my nails had been covered in water. Also, while I was pushing my cuticles regularly, I didn't prepare my nails properly prior to applying the paint on my nails.

In a matter of weeks, I had to throw away the entire Revel Dip Powders as well as Dazzle Dry Polishes. I was so enthralled with this Olive & June manicure system and nail products, did not let me go! My nails looked better than ever and with durable results. I was ENJOYING the entire process of making my own manicures and not dreading it anymore. The Olive and June Review comes completely honest and from the heart of me It's not affiliated with or sponsored from O&J or any other company in any manner.
